Nho-Kwon Kwak, CEO of Hanmi Semiconductor, won the silver industrial medal September 7th, 2006. Mr. Kwak has been engaged in only semiconductor equipment industry for the last forty years and has constantly played a pioneer’s role in Korean semiconductor equipment industry. He had founded the company (Hanmi Semiconductor) in 1980 and has developed more than 100 semiconductor assembly equipments until now. In memory of this great achievement, Korean Government bestowed the silver industrial medal on him.
