On November 16, 2005, the ceremony of awarding the Excellent Quality Competitiveness Enterprise was held in Korean Agency for Technology and Standards, MOCIE, in the attendance of a number of quality management specialists and prize awardees. In this ceremony, Hanmi semiconductor was designated as the 2005 Excellent Quality Competitiveness Enterprise and it is the eighth winning since 1997. The Excellent Quality Competitiveness Enterprise was established in 1997 by MOCIE to contribute to elevation of the industrial competitiveness and to spread the quality management system. This ceremony is the ninth since the beginning.
