Hanmi Semiconductor exhibited in SEMICON 2004 held in Makuhari Tokyo, Japan from December 1st through 3rd. It has been participating in the SEMICON show from the year 2002. In this exhibition, over sixteen hundred exhibitors and a hundred thousand visitors shared and witnessed the high-end semicon packaging technologies and the variety of equipment. Also, the upturning economical condition and the active investment increase in Japan are drawing positive prospects for the year 2005.
