Hanmi has obtained CE on Sawing & Placement System 3000D which is one of our advanced model. Sawing & Placement System 3000D has been came into the market by long-continued study and development at the Hanmi Technology Laboratory. This equipment is for BGA & MLF Packages' production by Sawing, Transfer, Vision Inspection, and Sorting. There is growing recognition to domestic foremost relevant companies that S&P 3000D system has excellent efficiency. Especially, 85% of this equipment has been exported to abroad.
