"We have achieved more than 20 billion won (USD 17 mil) in sales and profitability in the second half of this year by supplying 6.8 billion won (USD 5.8 mil) worth of micro SAW & Vision Placement equipment from Jiangsu Silicon Integrity Semiconductor Technology (JSSI), a Chinese semiconductor OSAT." It is drawing attention as an example of overcoming Japanese companies that have been leading markets with equipment that cuts semiconductor packages.
