The said 'Cam Press System for Trim/Form/Singulation' is a major semiconductor manufacturing equipment that is used in semiconductor assembly process. And its market share is among the big 3 in the global market.

'Sawing & Placement System' of Hanmi Semiconductor has been selected as the Current World-class Product in the second half of last year, Hanmi Semiconductor hereby possess two item of the World-class Products in total.

The World-class Product was established in 2001 by MOCIE to cultivate the nation’s competitive products and manufacturers as future growth engines and this ceremony is the tenth since the beginning.

There are two categories of World-class Products. First, Current World-class Products rank among the top 5 with at least a 10% global market share at the time of its selection, with exports worth at least $5 million. Second, Next-generation World-class Products are those with the potential of getting into the top 5 within 3 years of selection.
