HANMI Semiconductor participated in 'SEMICON China 2015' held in Shanghai, China.

Since 1988, celebrated its 28th anniversary this year, SEMICON China is the most representative event of the industry.

There are approximately 1,000 exhibitors and 50,000 visitors from more than 20 countries participated in the show.

In this show, HANMI Semiconductor displayed FLIP CHIP BONDER and 3D VISION INSPECTION and many of HANMI customers expressed their interests.

HANMI Semiconductor will participate in 'SEMICON Southeast Asia 2015' on April and keep up our successful promotion.
