HANMI Semiconductor participated in '2014 SEMICON China' held in Shanghai, China.

Since 1988, celebrated its 27th anniversary this year, SEMICON China is the most representative event of the industry.

There are approximately 1,000 exhibitors and 52,000 visitors from more than 20 countries participated in the show.

In this show, HANMI Semiconductor displayed its new FLIP CHIP BONDER and 3D VISION INSPECTION and many of HANMI customers expressed their interests.

HANMI Semiconductor will participate in '2014 SEMICON Taiwan' on September and keep up our successful promotion.
