HANMI Semiconductor participated in Semicon Japan 2013 from Dec 4th to 6th in Chiba Macuhari Messe. Semicon Japan exhibition made a great success. More than 670 companies from 17 countries and 57,000 visitors participated.

Especially in this exhibition, HANMI Semiconductor displayed 3D VISION INSPECTION-3000 MODEL that inspects semiconductor packaging through 3D vision system. It has received high attention from major Japan packaging companies such SONY, J-Devices, etc.

Moreover, world major device company such as IBM and Qualcomm officials recognize HANMI equipment’s high productivity and superior technology.

HANMI Semiconductor plans to participate in Semicon Korea 2014 in January and to continue marketing activities.
