HANMI Semiconductor completed and launched the new 6^th generation Vision Placement which is an improved the innovative performance in SEMICON CHINA 2017 on March 14^th.

The new 6^th generation Vision Placement performs cleaning, drying, inspecting and sorting through semiconductor packages severed from wafer. The new 6^th Vison Placement that sold more than 2000 units and No.1 market share in the world.

The president of HANMI, Mr. Kim Min Hun said that the new 6^th generation Vision Placement greatly improved the performance not only self diagnostics system, enhanced vision inspection, and but also productivity & precision.

Moreover, Mr. Kim forecasted the high sales volume in 2017 with TSV Dual Stacking TC Bonder and the new 6^th generation Vision Placement as newly launched equipment.
