HANMI Semiconductor announced on the 6th that they have set up an A/S team dedicated to SK Hynix.

The A/S team dedicated to SK Hynix is composed of more than 40 professionals and will provide premium services using A/S vehicles with 25 eco-friendly hybrid all-wheel drive (4WD) SUVs.

Kwak Dong Shin, CEO & vice chairman of HANMI Semiconductor, said “SK Hynix is a key company leading the global artificial intelligence semiconductor market and is the most important customer of HANMI Semiconductor,” and he added, “We will provide differentiated premium services through our dedicated A/S team and make more active efforts to maximize customer satisfaction.”

HANMI Semiconductor is in the process of delivering TC BONDER for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) which received orders from its customers since the third quarter of this year. The sales target for this year is 490 million dollars.

HANMI Semiconductor said, “If launching new products such as ‘2.5D Big Die TC BONDER’ and ‘Mild Hybrid BONDER’ from next year and the production capacity of new plant, which is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2025 in the factory site with a total floor area of 33,000㎡ purchased in this July, are being doubled, then the possibility of achieving the sales target of 1 billion dollars in 2025 and 1.5 billion dollars in 2026 will increase.”
